MVCS Resource Center Hours:
Monday & Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Saturday – Sunday and all State and Federal Holidays: Closed  

The resource center is a lending library that provides an opportunity to make curriculum choices that best match an individual learning style. Most of the materials in the center have been previously used by other MVCS students. Videos and DVDs, audio books, digital curriculum, games, literature, math manipulatives and science equipment previously purchased by MVCS families can be found on the shelves, in addition to state-adopted and standards-aligned text books, All materials are available for check-out on a first-come, first-served basis and are to be returned when no longer needed or at the end of the school year, whichever comes first. A wide assortment of supplementary material is available for copying as are binders filled with "alternative" lesson plans for those who choose to learn outside the traditional text book.

The Center’s director is available to assist with curriculum and instruction questions and to help match materials to individual needs. STAR and NWEA test data is a very important component in this process.
