    Bio:

I have been teaching for thirteen years and involved in many aspects of school administration, working for private schools as well as coordinating home schooling programs up and down the northern California Coast.  I have a degree in United States History from the University of San Francisco and a degree in liberal arts from the St. Ignatius Institute.  Throughout my teaching career I have worked with multi-graded classrooms at the middle school and high school level teaching everything from Shakespeare to Chemistry to Calculus.  My students have been awarded prestigious scholarships and have gone on to study at a variety of colleges and universities from Harvard to the University of California at San Diego and Trinity College.  For the past two years I have been thrilled to join Mattole Valley Charter School and Three Rivers Learning Center in Fort Bragg where I work with students in grades 6-12
